On May 6, 2013, during Montréal's Annual Mental Health Days (JASM), Cégep de l'Outaouais presented their research process and methods for promotion and prevention in mental health. This presentation aimed to raise awareness among college students about promotion and prevention in mental health.

On May 6, 2013, during Montréal's Annual Mental Health Days (JASM), Collège Montmorency presented its 2012-2013 action plan for promotion and prevention in mental health. The presentation highlighted the college's concerns, the working group, the five objectives established, and objectives for the fall.

On May 6, 2013, during Montréal's Annual Mental Health Days (JASM), researcher Louise Fournier gave a presentation on the Transition Cégep project, which focuses on the mental health of college students. Transition Cégep's relevance, objectives and action model were presented, as well as the project's phases, experiments and sites, structure and contents, analysis tools and results.

On May 6, 2013, during Montréal's Annual Mental Health Days (JASM), the counsellor and project manager for Transition Cégep at Collège de Valleyfield presented their 2012-2014 action plan. The general objective, specific objectives, methods, actions to undertake, success factors, and resources in charge of each of the five axes of intervention were presented.

The Transition Cégep project is a program that seeks to improve the mental health of college students. Its relevance, goals, action model, structure, content as well as the preliminary results of its implementation in six Quebec colleges are presented.

Affiche présentée dans le cadre des Journées annuelles de santé mentale 2012, du 14 au 16 mai, Montréal.
Youth transitioning to adulthood are a high-risk demographic for developing mental health problems. The school environment is considered to be the best place to take action. Since the fall, six colleges have begun a process to improve the mental health and academic success of their students. The proposed knowledge application program includes the foundations of the Healthy Schools approach and the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion.
